the Chronicles of Riddick

Some movies have really good acting. Some films are well written and thought-provoking. But, lets face it (and this is the point really) some movies just suck. Suck with great vigor. Suck like the Chronicles of Riddick, a film that brings together the triple threat of bad acting, bad hair and an appalingly bad script. Riddick is the pointless sequel to Pitch Black, a film that is actually surprisingly good.

The Chronicles of Riddick is quite a lot like a video game, but without the character development or life-like acting. This film features an alien race of.. Uh necromongers led by an evil be-mulleted villain that have come to the planet helion to enslave the humans and turn them into undead warriors. No, seriously. The only thing better would be if this movie included robot-vampires with the voice of Billy Ray Cyrus.

Its not just bad, its Riddick-ulous.

And would somebody please tell the people that make these movies that having an indestructible protagonist is bo-riiing. knowing the hero can never be hurt generates the same amount of tension and interest as watching someone throw a dvd into the sea. which come to think of is not such a bad idea in this case.
