By accessing this site you indicate that you will adhere to the following Terms and Conditions:
1) GRANT OF LICENSE:
All material on this site is owned by us, including user submitted material.
PopeAlien.Com and Ion Images retains the right to edit, transmit, and
distribute copies of submitted material in any form at any time. This
includes posting material on other websites, engraving material in 50
foot high letters on the surface of the moon, or distribution in book
form, on post-it notes, and any other possibly and/or concievable or inconcievable
form. If you would like to use any of the material located on this site
for personal or entertainment purposes, including reading the material,
printing it inside VCR user manuals or gluing bits of the material to
your naked body, you must notify the Pope Alien Corporation via E-mail
and wait quietly for a response.
2) PERSONAL INFO:
By visiting this site, you automatically agree to transfer all your valuable
personal information, thoughts and ideas to PopeAlien.Comics. You furthermore
agree to not wear shiny tinfoil hats which can interfere in our thought
collection process. If you must wear head coverings, you agree to only
wear those made of light cotton or loosely knitted yarn or wool.
3) STRANGE CULT ACTIVTY:
PopeAlien.com is an entertainment website and should be used for entertainment
and educational uses only. You should not engage in mysterious cult activity,
nor encourage others to do so. Mysterious cult activity is defined as
any activity that involves the piercing of skin or the boiling of whole
living mammals. Sneezing at trees shall not be defined as Mysterious cult
activity.
4) PRODUCT:
The comics and advice on this site are presented without cost except in
the following cases:
4a. In the event that we reach a total number of 100 (one hundred) comics on this site, you agree to pay $100 USD to Ion Images for comic number one-hundred and an additional $20 USD for each group of 10 (ten) comics presented after the one-hundredth comic.
4b. When submitting news, rants or advice to this site you will be charged $5.95 USD for each typographical error made by you, or $2.00 USD for each typographical error made by us.
4c. Occasionally you may be charged just for spite. This charge will rarely be over $50.00 USD, and is non-negotiable.
5) OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS:
The Pope Alien Comic website is presented without warranty. The PopeAlien
Corporation shall not be held liable for any damage, express or implied,
physical or mental that may occur as a direct or indirect result of the
activities of PopeAlien.Com, its employees, relatives or associates. The
services on this site may or may not be reliable and may be altered or
revoked at any time.
6) MISCELLANEOUS:
You may not access this website from the state of Virginia.
